Join us on Mom's special day! We will randomly give away gift certificates to mothers in attendance. The certificates may be used to purchase flowers, homemade candles, cakes, candies and lotions after the service. Anyone can purchase items from the vendors before or after service.

Laura Burrell will be our special guest speaker and we will also have a baby dedication during service. Parents who would like to participate need to sign up at the Information Center. You will receive more information in the mail after signing up.

There is no charge for this event, but sign-up is necessary and available at the Information Center.

In the United States alone, the blended family (remarried with children) has surpassed the nuclear family and is fast becoming the "normal" family unit. According to the US 2000 census, 10.6 million children live in a blended family, while approximately 50,000 people become members of a stepfamily every month.

While these statistics are staggering and scary, it helps to know that there is hope, and that if you are remarried with children you are definitely not alone. You can "blend" into a healthy family unit.

Join us Sunday, May 18th at 8:30am for a time of family communion and prayer followed by a light continental breakfast in the Connexions cafe. Don't miss this time to connect with your church family and friends.

Anyone ages 50+ is invited to a time of food, fun, and fellowship after service on the second Sunday of every month in the KidZone 2nd-5th grade room at Cross Current Church. Please sign up at the Information Center in the Courtyard at the church if you plan to attend.
